Where does hostssrv.exe save its settings?

It would be easyer if it was in a .ini file, could that be done?

Windows 2000/XP/2003:
\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\abelhadigital.com\HostsServer\hostssrv.cfg

Vista/2008:
\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\abelhadigital.com\HostsServer\hostssrv.cfg
